Meditation
Meditation is a topic of much discussion these days. We're all pretty familiar with the benefits of meditation. We also know that there are a multitude of meditation techniques, and we're even lost in the midst of this variety.
f we finally decide to indulge in meditation, our first big problem is that we won't know which technique will suit us. Besides, we don't even know the origin and purpose of all these practices. Can meditating really do everyone good? Especially if we have special words (mantras) to vibrate during our meditation, and special postures to adopt.
Know that mantras, as well as postures, are attached to egregores. So when we meditate using certain mantras (whose origin we do not know), we feed egregores. And it is the same for certain postures that we must take when we meditate; these postures also feed egregores.
So, if we want to meditate in complete peace, we must consider the technique that suits us personally for our well-being and our evolution. And above all, without being obliged to attach ourselves to an egregore.
Thus, in our Order, we disclose individualized meditation techniques. This means, based on certain special data collected from your date of birth: first, we reveal your individual mantras, which are connected to your energy centers (chakras). Then, we reveal to you step by step the meditation techniques that are strictly personal to you.
As a result, meditation becomes a practice adapted to each person, for their evolution and for the awakening of their innate faculties.
